Todd Gerspach
Our Founder —
Todd Gerspach is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of industry experience within manufacturing, healthcare, transportation/logistics, and financial services. His executive leadership experience ranges from Vice President in large Fortune 25 Corporations to President & CEO of small and mid-size privately owned companies. He has held executive management roles in operations, finance, and general management as well as senior management roles in business development and engineering. His international background includes a 9-year expatriate assignment in China along with strong business acumen within North America, Asia, and Europe.
Todd has a passion for developing employees and improving organizational performance through leadership principles that drive employee engagement, facilitate cross-functional problem solving and generate ownership of results. He has a talent for aligning the mission of an organization with the personal goals of employees and translating those synergies into tangible business results.
Early in Todd’s career, his passion for improving organizational performance centered around operational process improvement and he pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering. As his career progressed this passion gravitated toward business and financial process improvement, and he obtained a master’s degree in Industrial Management and an MBA from Rutgers Business School. Later in his career, he had the opportunity to play key leadership roles in the operational integrations of two multibillion-dollar acquisitions within the pharmaceutical industry. The lessons he took away from these experiences with regards to the critical nature of cultural assimilation and the importance of leadership acumen throughout the organization, led him to pursue master credentials in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University and Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from Rutgers University.
In addition, Todd is certified to teach Model-Netics, a comprehensive graduate-level capstone management course. He is also certified to administer and analyze behavioral assessment tools to work with executives on communication skills and the importance of building diversity of thought into their management teams as a catalyst to improve performance.
Todd is a C-level executive with board advisory experience in the manufacturing and logistics industries, as well as Seton Hall University’s Customer Experience program.
